Koko Nuggz are non-medicated and gluten free. We ship worldwide.

 

Product

The products on our website are all gluten free. We do NOT have any vegan products at this time.

Return Policy

All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to info@kokonuggz.com within 2 business days of when product is received.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product Availability

Availability displayed on this Site does not guarantee product availability and or immediate shipment of these products. Koko Nuggz reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday - Wednesday, excluding holidays. We only ship Koko Nuggz on those days in order to ensure that the chocolate does not melt in transit. Orders Received after 10am Pacific on Wednesday may not be shipping until the following Monday.

We only offer Priority Mail shipping at this time. We do NOT offer expedited shipping. Depending on your location, delivery time will be 1-3 days after the order has left the warehouse. Priority shipping begins once the package has left our warehouse. Shipping does not take into account order processing time which can vary.

For wholesale orders - smaller wholesale orders will also be sent priority mail with 1-3 day delivery. Larger wholesale orders that can be shipped on a pallet can be sent via refrigerated truck and may take up to 5 days in transit.

 

We ship to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

Wholesale

 

We currently export to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. We do not have an international export program for any other countries, but will be rolling out the program soon.

 

For payment, we only accept wholesale orders via credit card, paid prior to shipping at this time. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.

 

When submitting a wholesale request, please send some proof of a business (resale tax id, location of shop, website, etc). We will also need a copy of your valid resale or business license.

 

United States Sales Tax

Residents of the state of California are subject to sales tax.

International Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes

Shipments made outside of may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Other Questions

My koko Nuggz were melted when they arrived...What should I do?

Please take a photo of the melted product and send your order information to info@kokonuggz.com so we can address the issue. NOTE: Please attempt to store Koko Nuggz in a cool, dry place as soon as the package is delivered! Do not leave in your car or on your porch for longer than necessary!

 

Do we give out samples?

We do not give out samples.

My address is wrong on my order, how do I change it?

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer support at info@kokonuggz.com to have your shipping address updated.

 

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package!

Please contact our customer support at info@kokonuggz.com to have your shipping address updated. We will review the issue and may require a separate delivery address to reship your order to.

 

Can I stack discounts and promo codes?

We do not allow discounts or promo codes to be stacked.

 

Does this contain any THC or CBD?

Our products are NON-MEDICATED and do not contain THC or CBD.

 

Are these legal in my state?

Our products are legal in every state.

 

When do they expire?

If stored properly (cool dry place), the chocolate should last 8 months or more before expiring.

 

Do you have Berner's Biscotti in a Display Box?

We currently only have Display Boxes available for wholesale in the following flavors: OG, Kush Berry, Cookies & Cream, and Banana.
