Product

Products displayed on the Site represent the collection of Koko Nuggz and Kokonuggz.com. Not all Koko Nuggz products are displayed on this Site. Not all Koko Nuggz products are available at retailers.

Return Policy

All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If you product arrives damages, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to kokonuggz@gmail.com within 2 business days of when product is received.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Availability displayed on this Site does not guarantee product availability and or immediate shipment of these products. Koko Nuggz reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday - Wednesday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are subject to shipping method and delivery destination.

United States Sales Tax

Residents of the state of California are subject to sales tax.

International Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes

Shipments made outside of may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
