Please take the following into account when placing your order.
Koko Nuggz are carefully packaged for shipment. While all orders are packed with care, we do not want your order sitting in a warehouse exposed to heat over a weekend.
At Cali Sweets, LLC. we take a great deal of pride in our service and products. In order to provide you with the highest quality experience, orders are processed Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) in the order that they are received. We ship in this manner due to the perishable nature of the product, as Koko Nuggz may melt during shipping in weather exceeding 80 degrees.
-Orders cannot be changed once payment is processed.
-Promotional/discount codes cannot be applied after payment has been processed.
-Orders placed after 9am (PT) may not be processed until the next business day.
-Orders received Thursday (after 9am) through Sunday will be processed the following week.
-USPS Priority is an estimated 1-3 business day service. Delivery time may vary based on the order date, time and handling. Transit time begins once your order leaves our facility.
-USPS Priority International Service is an estimated 6-10 business day service. Delivery time may vary based on the order date, time and USPS & customs handling. Recipient is responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by the country. Transit time begins once your order leaves our facility.
-Tracking is provided on all orders. Cali Sweets, LLC is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
-If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you may be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.
Cali Sweets, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage or delays occurring in transit.
