Refund policy

At Koko Nuggz, we are committed to delivering our products in the highest quality and condition to our customers. Due to the nature of our edible products, including candy and chocolate, we adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure you receive the best possible experience with our treats.


No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final for our edible products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including candy and chocolate. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products


Health Regulations

Food safety standards and regulations prohibit the return of food items to prevent the risk of contamination. Once an edible product has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot ensure its handling, storage, and safety if it were to be returned.


Quality Assurance

This policy is also in place to guarantee that every product you purchase from us is fresh, safe, and has not been tampered with. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that what you enjoy is exactly as we intended.

Exceptions

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or credit for future purchases. Please note that this is the only exception to our no-returns policy.
